How to choose and review an order

  1. Choose your items. Browse the collection, open an item and select its available options. Read the description and check the displayed price and currency.
  2. Check your bag. Open your bag to review the selected options and quantities. Update quantities or remove items before continuing.
  3. Review at checkout. Continue from your bag to checkout to review the item summary, contact information and delivery details. Check the currency and each charge; an unspecified delivery charge or tax amount is not zero.
  4. Read the order conditions. Review shipping and delivery, returns and refunds and order cancellation before making a purchase decision. Contact Support if you need clarification.

A bag selection or checkout review is not an accepted order. Only an actual order confirmation can establish an order. For help with an existing order, include its order number when contacting Support.
